  • Our lab diamonds are IGI or GIA certified. We preselect our stones to offer you only the highest color (DEF) and clarity (VS+) available. All our engagement rings are crafted with 14k recycled gold or platinum. Every ring is handcrafted in USA.

  • Your ring comes with a 1 time free resizing - 1.5 sizes up or down. More than that we'll have to remake the ring and therefore charge for it.

    All our ring designs can be altered according to your preference, here is a guide to our Custom + Heirloom process or feel free to contact us here.

  • All our engagement rings are made to order in Los Angeles, California by talented jewelers, we therefore, can't accept any returns. If for any reason your ring is damaged due to manufacturing (this does not include normal wear and tear or damage in-cured post delivery) we’ll repair it, no questions asked. In the case of damage occurring post delivery we are also happy to repair for a reasonable fee as we know life happens! Feel free to contact us here.

  • As all our pieces are made to order for you, it takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks to be shipped. If you need to get it faster please reach out to outerbridgedesigns@gmail.com and we'll do our best to assist you.

    We ship worldwide and signature is required at delivery.

  • We offer full customization on all designs. If you’d like to adjust the center stone, explore natural or lab diamonds, or create a version unique to you, we’ll design it together from scratch.
