Because every piece, including our website designs, engagement rings, custom designs, and personalized jewelry, is made to order, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or remakes will be considered once an order has been placed. Each piece is built around your chosen specifications, materials, and design details, and cannot be resold or repurposed if returned.

We encourage a design consultation before ordering so every detail feels exactly right from the start.

Complimentary Resizing

We want your ring to fit as beautifully as it was designed. Every custom engagement ring and wedding band includes one complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery, up to one full size in either direction, provided the design allows for resizing. Reach out to us to arrange your resize.

Manufacturing Defects

As each piece is made to order and crafted specifically for you, slight variations are expected and are not considered a defect. You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to reach out to us with any issue you believe should be addressed. Please contact us at alex@loveouterbridge.com within that window with photos and a description of the issue, and we will make it right. Issues reported after 48 hours from delivery will not be eligible for review.

Please note that fine jewelry is made of metal, and rings and bands can naturally warp, bend, or wear over time with everyday use or improper care. This is a normal characteristic of fine jewelry and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
